Trembicky.com is a site where tenants can share horror stories about lousy landlords they've had. If you've survived a harrowing rental term and want to warn the renting public (or just blow off steam), email them at staff@trembicky.com and they will post your story.
PS. I saw this link on The Gotham Gazette website (great source of information for NY'ers by the way).
Editors note: This seem to be a new site and is not restricted to horror stories from NYC tenants. However, NY has the most posts.
