Community Tax Aid is offering free tax preparation to individuals with incomes up to $25,000 and families with incomes up to $40,000 who have income from interest, dividends and capital gains of less that $2,900. Tax assistance is provided by volunteers trained in tax preparation, including CPAs and attorneys. Locations in Manhattan include:
